Shipping Buyer Pays Shipping Cost. We will offer in house shipping, local pickup in Jupiter, Florida on 12/1 and 12/4 only. Jupiter Auction highly recommends obtaining shipping quotes prior to the auction. All sales are not contingent upon shipping costs. Local pickup must be scheduled in advance. There are no regular business hours at the estate. Jupiter Auction provides a list of shippers as a courtesy to its clients and any list should not be considered as an endorsement of any company. Final arrangements of shipping, and all costs associated with shipping, are the responsibility of the buyer. Any agreement for shipping is a contract between the buyer and the shipper; Jupiter Auction will have no responsibility for such arrangements. No item will be released for pick-up or shipping until payment in full has been received and all payments are cleared. Jupiter Auction requires a written permission to release through email before property can be released to a shipper or other third-party other than the bidder’s name on the invoice. Any damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the shipper. Jupiter Auction will not be responsible for any damages that occur as a result of pick-up or shipping. All buyers and shippers are required to sign an invoice confirming the property is in the advertised condition before the property is released. All purchased lots must be picked up within the deadline. Any property not picked up will be considered abandoned by the buyer without refund and will become property of Jupiter Auction. Any abandoned property may be disposed of in any manner Jupiter Auction deems appropriate, without notice and without recourse. Payment Payment will be made using ATG’s autopayment method by credit/debit card. All International payments must be by wire transfer. If you wish to pay cash on pickup please call us immediately following the auction. Please pay your invoice within 24 hours. All invoices that are unpaid will be automatically charged after 24 hours. Autopay If you have not contacted Jupiter Auction to arrange payment within 24 hours of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice. Terms All property offered and sold by Jupiter Auction shall be offered and sold on the terms and conditions below. Buyers participating in Jupiter Auction?s auctions acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions. By registering to and placing a bid through any means, whether present in person or by agent, by written bid, telephone, internet or other means, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions: 1. Conduct of Auction: The auctioneer has the right, with sole discretion and without limitation, to determine the conduct of the auction, including advancing the bidding, to reject any bid offered, to reopen bidding on any lot, to withdraw any lot, to reoffer and resell any lot, and to resolve any dispute in connection with the auction. The auctioneer?s judgment is final and shall be binding upon auction participants. 2. Lot Descriptions: All items are sold as-is, where-is. Jupiter Auction has described all lots as accurately as possible, however, descriptions are not meant to be taken as a guarantee of any kind. Measurements provided are approximate and condition reports are provided as a courtesy prior to the auction. Prospective buyers may call or email Jupiter Auction before the auction with any questions. Jupiter Auction is not responsible for any errors or omissions contained in any catalog, report, inquiry response, or in any other description of the property. Buyer's Premium: All bidders, including in-house, absentee, phone, and online, will be charged a buyer's premium of 23% of the hammer price on any lot. (live auctioneers charges an additional 5% premium to be paid by the buyer.) 4. Sales Tax: State sales tax will be collected and remitted by Liveauctioneers or Proxibid service. ALL RESALE certificates must be on file with (liveuactioneers.com) and Jupiter Auction BEFORE invoices are sent for the tax to be removed from the invoice. Payment: Bidders can pay using LivePayments through ATG. All bidders invoices on will be automatically charged through LivePayments 24 hours post-auction. International bidders are required to pay by bank wire transfer; no other forms of payment will be accepted for international bidders and buyers. International buyers may be subject to a $50 bank wire transfer fee which will be applied to their invoice. Bidders give Jupiter Auction the right to charge the credit card supplied at the time of registration if payment is not made within Jupiter Auction?s advertised payment window for each auction. If a buyer fails to remit payment according to the terms above, Jupiter Auction is entitled to exercise any remedies legally available including a) filing suit; b) placing a dispute and block upon bidder?s online account; c) cancellation of the sale to the non-paying bidder; d) reoffering and reselling the property in private or public sale; e) retention of any amount already paid by the buyer as compensatory damages; f) rejection of any future bids placed by the non-paying bidder; and g) taking any other measures Jupiter Auction deems necessary or appropriate under the circumstances. 6. Rescission of Sales: Jupiter Auction may, for any reason and in its sole discretion, rescind any sale before, during, or after the transaction has taken place. Upon notice of such, the buyer must promptly return the property to Jupiter Auction and Jupiter Auction will provide a refund for the hammer price and buyer’s premium. Jupiter Auction will not be responsible for refunding or providing compensation for any shipping costs associated with the shipping to or return shipping of any rescinded sales. Buyers will have 14 days after the auction to contact Jupiter Auction if there is a misrepresentation of an item. Jupiter Auction will not be responsible for claims on any items 14 days after the auction date.
