All successful online auction bidders agree to make full payment to Air Works Consignment Auction LTD Within 48 hours after the auction date. All credit cards on file with a purchase under $2,000 will be processed within 24 hours of the auction event, and an additional 3.9% processing fee will be charged. If you spend over $2,000, you will be asked to send an alternate payment method at the auction company's discretion. Payment must be made BEFORE items are picked up.
Immediately Available Funds: Bidders' bids are not subject to financing. Bidder represents and warrants to Air Works Auction that such bidder has immediately available funds to fully pay for its successful bids within (48) hours of the auction date.

DO NOT PICK YOUR ITEMS. We provide FREE loading and have staff with forklifts and heavy equipment onsite to get your items loaded for you in the allotted timeframe. Instructions: If rigging is required for your item, all disassembly and rigging is the responsibility of the buyer.

Free load-out assistance will be provided on the auction grounds. Each Auction Ring or Department has its own load-out dates and requirements. See below:
• Heavy Equipment, Sawmill Equipment and Power units February 23rd through March 6th.
• Woodworking & Metalworking Equipment, and all other Industrial items. February 23rd through 27th.
• Small tools and Antiques need to be removed by last day of sale on Saturday Feb. 21st.
• All other items need to be removed by Wednesday Feb. 25th.
• The lot is closed on Sunday.
Note: Online purchases from the antique and collectible rings will be sent to a third-party shipper on same day that the item was sold, the third-party shipper will contact you (the buyer) for shipping arrangements.
Any pick-up of items after the listed dates will need to be arranged by appointment only. Loading fees ranging from $100-$500 will apply. These fees depend on load size and are up to the auction employee’s discretion. To schedule an appointment for loadout after the above dates, call Loadout Manager Emanuel Miller 330-749-7259.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is collected by Proxibid and is automatically calculated at the time of checkout based on a variety of factors including State, City & County jurisdiction requirements, shipping to address, shipping from address and category of item purchased. If you are tax exempt, you must meet the proper requirements as directed by Proxibid. Air Works Auction receives none of the sales tax collected by Proxibid’s payment agency, ATG Pay; therefore, Air Works Auction cannot refund any sales tax that was processed through ATG Pay.
Buyer is responsible for arranging removal of items during allotted removal dates and times. Buyer forfeits any item left on the auction site premises after March 6th, 2025, to the auction company. No refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to sell or dispose of items left on the premises past the pick-up dates listed below. If you send a trucker to pick up your items, he must have a paid receipt or will not be loaded. No exceptions. Buyers will need to have a paid receipt to enter auction area and before loading.
It is our goal that your auction experience will be a pleasant one. Your understanding and compliance with these terms will help accomplish this goal.
Sales Price Disputes: In all disputed bids, the decision of the auctioneer on the stand is final. The sales price is the price recorded by the clerk on the clerking sheet at the time of the sale. If you question this price, we will endeavor to check with the clerk and the auctioneer. However, if they don't recall the item or a difference in price, the price on the clerking sheet shall stand and you are expected to pay for the item.
Air Works Auction Owners, employees and associates including sub-contractors are not responsible for or liable for accidents causing personal harm or damage to the items of the seller or buyer, or for damages to personnel or vehicles and trailers on the auction premises including any onsite or offsite parking area, including a fall from slippery conditions.
Fraudulent Bidders/Unpaid Invoices: Air Works Consignment Auction LTD reserves the right, and you acknowledge and agree to its exercise of its right, to notify third parties, including law enforcement authorities, credits bureaus, other auction companies and industry regulators and authorities, about Bidders involved with or connected to fraudulent bidding or failure to pay invoices in accordance with these Auction specific terms fully.
Liability for Bids: Any bidder, participating on behalf of their employer or acting as agent on behalf of a principal and/or principals, whether bidding, buying, attending, or otherwise, agree that such actions shall constitute sufficient evidence that such Bidder is authorized to bind such employer and/or principal. Air Works Auction reserves the right to hold all individuals bidding personally liable for full payment of all winning bids and all obligations incurred in relation to said winning bid, whether incurred on behalf of their employer or principal or not.
All items are sold 'As Is Where Is'. The Air Works Consignment Auction Ltd. acts only as an agent of the seller and assumes no responsibility for seller statements. All items sell as is where is with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items and equipment before bidding on them as the winning bidder is committing to a legally binding purchase. We have good, trusted sellers and ask the sellers to represent their items in an ethical manner but ask that you understand you are purchasing items and equipment upon your own final inspection and discretion. All items are to be removed from the premises by the purchaser. Do not leave items unattended. When an item is sold, the buyer is responsible for it; this includes all damage and theft.
