IF THE DESCRIPTION SAYS "TITLE: NO", THERE IS NO TITLE, THERE WILL NEVER BE A TITLE, YOU WILL NOT GET A TITLE. *** IF YOU HAVE A TRUCK DRIVER PICKING UP YOUR ITEMS, THEY MUST HAVE A PAID RECEIPT, WITH THE BIKES YOU HAVE WON, IN HAND, AT TIME OF PICKUP *** ***Title & Registration Will Be Done on Premises by Mach IV Motors IF THE BIKE HAS A TITLE (CHECK THE DESCRIPTION OF EACH BIKE TO SEE IF IT HAS A TITLE). Title Fee is stated for each lot. Online bidders will have required forms sent via email from kara@mach4motors.com in the week following the auction.*** Inspection: The property is available for public inspection. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and other attributes of the property. O'brien Auctioneers LLC, may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction, but makes no representation. In no event shall O'Brien Auctioneers LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any assurance of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off-site and are not present at the live auction understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Bidder agrees that everything is sold in "as is" condition and that they may not return items they purchased. Under no circumstances shall a bidder have any claim against O'Brien Auctioneers, LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to operate correctly before or during the live auction. IF YOU FAIL to remove your bikes by 01/31/2026 and make no CONCRETE arrangements with the auction company or Mach IV, you will be charged $50/bike/week for storage.
