Online at the close of the sale of in person. 18% Buyers Premium and NC Sales tax, 7% apply to all non-titled items. PAYMENTS – any invoices over $2,000 can be paid via CC online; we accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Any invoices exceeding $2,000.01 will require payment via certified check or cash. All transactions will be charged immediately following the auction using the credit card on file (provided at the time of registration) unless the invoice exceeds $2,000.01. Successful bidders with invoices over $2,000.01 should pay by certified check from a national bank or cash. Checks must be sent within 24 hours after the auction ends or delivered in person. If payment is not received, we will attempt to collect by charging the credit card on file for the full amount or any amount less than the purchase price. No item will be released until satisfactory U.S. funds have been received.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. As a registered bidder, you are actually responsible for understanding the selected pick-up days/procedures outlined below.
2. All online transactions will be processed through our online platforms, and a valid credit card must be on file to register in person. Cash and credit card transactions will be accepted at the live sale. Applicable buyer's premiums and taxes will apply.
3. If you have a Tax Exemption, please contact our platforms and ensure your profile is vetted and set up correctly. We cannot do this for you.
4. All Invoices must be paid on the day of the auction and before any items are removed from the premises.
5. Any items paid for but not picked up or shipping arrangements made will be considered abandoned. There are no refunds! IF you plan to have something shipped but need it to be held for an extended period at an off-site location. Please contact us in advance to ensure we have the necessary space and to arrange for storage. Additional fees will apply.
6. J-PAC Auction Company is not responsible for lifting, loading, packing, or shipping. Please ensure you bring sufficient help/supplies to assist with packaging and loading your items. Any items left after the designated “checkout” day will be considered abandoned, and all rights will be forfeited. Please be aware of the scheduled check-out date and time. Help loading large items in your vehicle is available for an additional $30. Payments can be made on the day via CC processing or cash. WE STRONGLY encourage everyone to bring help to load your items. We are a small operation, and often, people show up expecting us to help, but in reality, this slows down our pick-up schedule. If you need help, please email us in advance so we can be prepared.
7. All sales are as is, where is, without guarantee or warranty. There are no REFUNDS!
8. Auction personnel can participate in the auction with a valid bidder registration
9. When applicable, all firearms transactions must be processed through and picked up at our announced FFL for proper ownership transfer.

11. J-PAC Auction Company reserves the right to refuse service to any person. J-PAC Auction Company does not preclude the right of any employee, subcontractor, or shareholder to bid on any item.
Everything in the lot must be removed, or your card will be charged a clean-out fee penalty of $100. Any items left after the designated pickup date will be forfeited unless prior arrangements have been made.
Registration requires a valid credit card to confirm your identity. This card will only be charged if you are a winning bidder on any item(s).

All shipping arrangements are the sole responsibility of the successful bidder. Also, please keep in mind the scheduled pick-up dates/times and plan accordingly.
Soft Close Ending: Lots may remain open for bidding if bids are placed in the last minutes before that lot closes. Lots will close once competitive bidding has ended.
