If you have placed a bid, there is no way for us to edit that after the fact, so the software was set up and you agreed to bid "times" the bid price when you initially bid. In the event an item is lost, stolen, or misplaced, you will be reimbursed for that item at the price paid or a prorated amount. If an item lists that there are 10 items and there are only 9, you will be reimbursed at the prorated amount of those nine items. Any controversy, claim, or dispute that cannot be resolved shall be settled by final, binding arbitration per the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator or arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Any such arbitration shall be conducted in Licking County, Ohio, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the parties. Within fifteen (15) days after the commencement of the arbitration, each party shall select one person to act as arbitrator, and the two arbitrators so selected shall select a third arbitrator within ten (10) days of their appointment. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses and an equal share of the third arbitrator’s expenses and the administrative fees of arbitration. Shipping details- We strive to make shipping affordable for buyers. We make a minimal handling fee to cover labor and materials. Where we can we will re-use boxes and packing materials. Rates from the shippers have gone up extensively lately. We will not ship first class unless the total invoice is under $25.00. There will be buyers who buy a $7 item and have to pay double that for shipping. Please be aware of what you are buying. The cheapest shipping invoice we can produce is $14.00. Insurance is mandatory and is usually the bulk of any shipping label. Local pickup is available. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping.
