The auction is governed by the following terms and conditions and is subject to applicable state laws. Any announcements or corrections made from the podium or via online platforms supersede those listed in the catalog. Some lots may be subject to a reserve price--a minimum amount agreed upon between the consignor and the auction house. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the consignor to meet the reserve. Should the reserve not be met, the lot may be passed. The auctioneer may also bid on behalf of clients or vendors and shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions in executing bids. All registration forms must include the bidder's full name, address, phone number, and email. Absentee bids may be submitted via our website or in person at our gallery. In the event of a tie between an absentee bid and an in-house bid, the in-house bid shall prevail. The auctioneer has sole discretion to determine the winning bidder and may, in the event of a dispute, withdraw or re-offer the lot. The auctioneer also reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder, and cancel invoices, at their discretion. *** DESCRIPTIONS, CONDITION, MEASUREMENTS, & ESTIMATES All item descriptions are made to the best of our knowledge and are considered opinions.
