Sales Tax:

At the conclusion of the auction, buyers will receive an email invoice from Proxibid with the option to “Pay Now.”
If payment is not completed immediately at auction close, Dvorak Auction will process payment at 9:00 AM the following business day using the payment method on file, subject to the payment thresholds below.

Invoices under $1,000: Credit card on file with Proxibid will be automatically charged.
Invoices over $1,000: Payment must be made by cash, wire transfer, or certified bank check. Credit cards will not be accepted for balances over $1,000.
Credit Card Authorization:
A pre-auction authorization may be placed on your credit card to verify available credit. No charges will be made unless a purchase is completed.
Chargebacks & Declined Payments:
Credit card chargebacks are not permitted.
If a credit card on file is declined and additional time or phone contact is required to secure payment, a $25 service fee will be charged to the buyer’s account.
Final Notes:

Inspection:
It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items prior to bidding. Descriptions, photos, measurements, and condition statements are provided as a courtesy only and are not guaranteed. No refunds, credits, or adjustments will be made based on condition, description errors, or bidder misunderstanding.
No Returns / No Refunds:
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be permitted for any reason.
Risk of Loss:
All risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to the buyer immediately upon the fall of the hammer, regardless of when payment is made or when items are removed.
Removal & Pickup:
Buyers are solely responsible for loading, removal, shipping, and transportation of purchased items. Items must be removed within the stated pickup period. Failure to remove items by the deadline may result in forfeiture without refund and/or storage and handling fees at the auctioneer’s discretion.
Shipping:
Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated. Dvorak Auction is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping once items leave the auction site.
Bidding Responsibility:
Bidders are responsible for knowing which item they are bidding on and the amount of their bid. No bid retractions will be allowed. The auctioneer’s decision is final in the event of a bidding dispute.
Buyer Responsibility:
Buyers are responsible for verifying lot quantities, serial numbers, condition, and compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including licensing, registration, and transfer requirements.
Auctioneer Authority:
Dvorak Auction reserves the right to:
Add or withdraw items
Split or combine lots
Cancel or reschedule the auction
Refuse bidding privileges to any bidder
Default:
Failure to pay in full or comply with these terms constitutes default. Dvorak Auction reserves the right to retain deposits, resell items, and pursue any legal remedies available.
Agreement:
By bidding in this auction, the bidder acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to all Terms of Sale and Special Terms & Conditions, and agrees to be bound by them.
