A Buyers's Premium (Internet Premium) of 15% will be added to the final bid price of each item. Sales tax will be added to the entire invoice, including Buyer's Premium and Card Processing Fee. TAX EMEMPT BUYERS: You must supply Proxibid/Live Auctioneers with your resale certificate to have any sales tax removed from your invoice. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with all faults and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bidder must have a valid credit or debit card on file with Proxibid/Live Auctioneers to be approved to bid in this auction. We accept VISA/MC, Discover, and American Express. Buyers wishing to pay by cash at pickup will have the card processing fee removed from their total. This is an online only auction. Bidder acknowledges that this may or may not function correctly on the closing day of the auction. Bidder shall not have any claim against Ace Auctions LLC for internet service failure at any time during the auction. Ace Auctions LLC reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in case of system failures. At the stated closing time of the auction, bidding will conclude on three lots per minute in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last two (2) minutes remaining for a lot, bidding for that lot will automatically extend until no bids are placed on the item for two (2) minutes. At the end of the auction, Proxibid Buyers will receive an invoice with a “Pay Now” button to checkout simply and securely using a credit card. Live Auctioneers buyers will have the card on file charged immediately after auction close. The invoice will include Hammer Price, Buyer’s Premium, Sales Tax and Credit Card Processing Fee. If the Proxibid invoice remains unpaid at 4 PM EST on the scheduled pickup day, the card used to register for the auction will be charged. Please verify that the card you have on file is correct. If a charge is declined, the winning bidder will be notified and will have 24 hours to pay the invoice. Bidders who fail to pay for their items will be blocked from all future Ace Auctions LLC sales and reported to Proxibid/Live Auctioneers. If you do not intend to pay, do not bid. All auctions will have a scheduled preview date and time for bidders to inspect the items. Bidder inspection is strongly encouraged. All items are in used condition unless otherwise stated. Bidders should attend preview, view all photos, read the entire description, and ask any questions prior to placing a bid. Please select pickup or shipping. Buyers picking up will choose an estimated time of arrival to expedite pickup. Items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup time for each auction. Please bring loading help, boxes and packing material if needed. If a local buyer does not specify shipping, unclaimed item(s) will be held for seven days. After seven days, these items will be considered forfeited without refund and may be resold or disposed of by Ace Auctions LLC. SHIPPING: Ace Auctions LLC offers in-house shipping at the buyer’s expense. Please consider the cost of shipping when placing your bids. We will ship items that can be boxed through USPS or UPS. No large items or furniture will be shipped. Items marked Shipping Not Available will not be shipped and are forfeited if not picked up during the scheduled pickup time. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer will be sent an invoice through Shipping Saint for shipping costs which will include boxes, packing material, labor, and postage. All packages are shipped insured. Buyer is responsible for verifying that the shipping address is correct. If a shipping invoice remains unpaid after seven (7) days, the items will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be given. If you do not want your items shipped and wish to forfeit your purchase, you must email that request to info@aceauctionsllc.com. No refunds will be given, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
