Traditions Auction Co does not run a Carfax on any vehicle. It is the responsibility of the buyer to run a Carfax prior to bidding if he/she chooses to do so. Traditions Auction Company lists the title status according to what is printed on the title that is provided by the seller/consigner. Traditions Auction Co does not guarantee title status. All mechanical status are to be determined by the buyer prior to bidding. All lots are sold AS-IS. Traditions Auction Co is open during the week for in person preview. TAC assumes NO responsibility for theft, fire, loss of equipment left in vehicle, or damage to property left at the auction site. TAC does not provide or carry insurance for any vehicles. TAC does not guarantee factory or dealer warranties. The Seller/Auction shall not be liable for any vehicle sale or repairs made by the Buyer before the title is received by the Buyer. Some items have a reserve price set by the seller unless otherwise announced. Reserve prices are private between the auction company and seller. NC sales tax will be added to all invoice totals, with the exception of titled lots. Traditions Auction Company does not charge sales tax on titled lots. Sales tax will be removed from titled lots at the time of payment. Buyer acknowledges bidding is a legal binding contract between TAC and buyer. Buyers are responsible for following the current bid and price auctioneer is offering and any announcements. Announcements made the day of auction and/or during the auction override anything in print. 10% Buyers Premium with a $1000.00 cap per item. TAC accepts cash, cashier's checks, wire transfers and credit cards. (Credit cards carry an additional 4% convenience fee.) All titles will be made out according to the name and address on file. All titled lots are charged a $40.00 document fee. Titles will be available to buyers after payment has cleared and vehicles have been removed from the Traditions property. Titles can be picked up at Traditions Auction once completed. Otherwise titles will be mailed USPS with a signature required. Please be sure that your mailing address is up to date with our office, and that you are prepared to receive your title from USPS. Please be aware that if YOU BID, YOU BUY, YOU PAY. If you do not intend on paying for an item, please, DO NOT BID. TAC will pursue collections of unpaid transactions through any and all legal means necessary. This includes banning any party from future auctions held by Traditions and/or Proxibid. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
