All personal or business checks must have a bank letter of credit SPECIFYING the amount of purchases guaranteed by the bank, no exceptions! Please contact us with any questions. In case of a tie bid, the auctioneer reserves the right to re-open the bid between those two bidders. Auctioneer reserves the right to revoke a bid at any time. All bidders at auction site are there at their own risk. Southeastern Auction Company is not responsible for any injury to anyone at the auction site. Titles: No titles will be available for items sold with no title. If there is a title, the title will be mailed to you within 10 business days; titles will not be given out the day of sale. Equipment Removal: All equipment must be removed within 10 days following the sale. Southeastern Auction Company or its employees are not responsible for loading or unloading equipment, but will assist you with your equipment. We are not responsible for securing loads; you must secure them as you see fit. Shipping: Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and costs.
