Though all descriptions and leads are believed to be correct, the auctioneer makes no warranties of any kind and in NO event shall be held accountable for having made any warranties of description, genuineness, authorship, origin, condition, etc. All items could have minor scratches, loose parts, age cracks, worn areas and other imperfections. If the invoice has not been paid within 72 hours, the credit card on file will be automatically charged. If a buyer wants to pay by wire transfer or certified check, please let us know. All personal or business checks must have a bank letter of credit SPECIFYING the amount of purchases guaranteed by the bank, no exceptions! Please contact us with any questions. In case of a tie bid, the auctioneer reserves the right to re-open the bid between those two bidders. Auctioneer reserves the right to revoke a bid at any time. Sales Tax: All sales will be subject to state and local sales tax laws. Auction Site: Southeastern Auction Company is located at 56 Hubert White Rd. Chadbourn, NC 28431. All bidders at auction site are there at their own risk. Southeastern Auction Company is not responsible for any injury to anyone at the auction site. Titles: No titles will be available for items sold with no title. If there is a title, the title will be mailed to you within 10 business days; titles will not be given out the day of sale. Equipment Removal: All equipment must be removed within 10 days following the sale. Southeastern Auction Company or its employees are not responsible for loading or unloading equipment, but will assist you with your equipment. We are not responsible for securing loads; you must secure them as you see fit. Shipping: Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and costs.
