NO COLORADO SALES: Due to the passage of the new Firearms, ammunition and firearms parts tax, we will no longer be able to sell firearms, ammunition or firearms parts to Colorado after April 1st 2025. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Echoes of Glory will only ship to a US based address. If you require international shipping, the buyer must arrange shipping through an exporter or make arrangements to a US based address (third party) within 3 weeks of the auctions closing date. We can take your item to a local Pakmail store for third party international shipping; the buyer must arrange payment for shipping & insurance with Pakmail directly. Once the package is delivered to a third party for shipping, the buyer agrees Echoes of Glory is no longer responsible for loss or damage. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES: Please note, Shipping each auction takes 2-3 weeks to complete the average 200 shipments every auction, with items being sent out every working day. You will receive tracking from ship station once your item is sent. Please do not call asking for a shipping update before 2 weeks following the auction. FFL SHIPPING, HOW TO ARRANGE: Please have your dealer email us a scanned copy of their FFL license to eogshipping@gmail.com with your name in the subject line. Making the FFL arrangements with the receiving dealer is the responsibility of the buyer. If your FFL requires us to contact them directly, your order will be moved to the end of the shipping queue. Please do not call us to ask if we received your FFL, we will contact you if needed or please email us at eogshipping@gmail.com. We do not keep FFL licenses on file, the buyer needs to have the dealer send another copy of the FFL for each new invoice. SHIPPING GENERAL INFORMATION: Shipping cost will be estimated and charged on the initial invoice. If the shipping estimate is significantly higher we may send you an invoice for additional charges, but this is rare. Generally, shipping long guns has cost $65-70 and handguns are $35-40. We are required to send most handguns 2nd day air, and all guns/ammunition ship with adult signature required, which adds to the cost. We will group orders together when possible. Ammunition must ship separately from firearms. Some states are now requiring ammunition and/or gun parts to be sent to a dealer and transfer with a background check (New York, California, etc). Please be aware of your local laws before bidding. We are trying to cover the label cost, insurance cost, materials cost for boxes and packing materials, as well as our labor to pack and ship the items. We are not attempting to generate a profit from shipping. ITEM CONDITION & AUTHENTICITY, DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the perspective buyer to make determinations of an items condition and authenticity before placing a bid. Please examine all pictures, read the item description, and ask questions or ask for additional pictures if you are unclear about an aspect of an auction item. We are happy to pass on any helpful information for you to make the most informed decision possible. Item descriptions are true and correct to the best of our ability based on our combined decades of experience and trusted reference materials (not open internet forums). However, this is a consignment auction, and we are not experts in every aspect of each item. We do not always know the full history of items consigned into our auction, and we do not take items apart to determine condition or matching numbers on internal parts, functionality etc. On firearms, we do a basic function check and list anything that is readily observed to be problematic, we cannot guarantee full functionality. Please have all firearms examined by a qualified gunsmith before use. Please bid accordingly as all sales are final. AUCTION FEES ADDED TO HAMMER PRICE: Buyers premium, taxes, shipping and fees will be added to the hammer price! The buyers premium is 19.5%, taxes are charged at the rate of the ship to address, shipping will vary with each order, we do charge a $10 administrative fee per firearm (Including black powder/antique/deactivated firearms). Live auctioneers customers will pay a payment processing fee which varies from approximately 1.5%-4.25% depending on the type of item and method of payment used (Live Auctioneers Customers ACH transactions are discounted). TAXES & Tax Exempt Buyers: Proxibid and Live auctioneers will collect the sales tax on every sale. This is based on your ship to address. If you are tax exempt, you must make arrangements with Proxibid or Live Auctioneers before bidding. We have no control over the taxes. PAYMENTS: Payments are automatically charged to the payment method on file with Proxibid or Live Auctioneers 24 to 72 hours following the auction. If the payment on file fails, you must pay the invoice within 12 days of the auctions closing. If payment is not made within 12 days, the sale will be canceled and a nonpaying bidder report issued to the auction provider (this action may bar you from future purchases on Proxibid, Live Auctioneers or their affiliates). You must have a credit card or ACH on file with Proxibid/Live Auctioneers to participate in our Auctions. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS, money orders or wires, we only accept Credit Cards and ACH transactions through the Proxibid or Live Auctioneers invoicing system (FYI: An ACH works like an electronic check). FFL REQUIRED MEANING: FFL Required does not mean you yourself need an FFL to bid, it means you have to transfer the firearm through an FFL dealer. Firearms can only be transferred to a firearms dealer, C&R license holder (if applicable) or transferred in our location with a background check. All State and Federal Laws apply. CORRECT NAME & ADDRESS REQUIRED: Make sure your information with Proxibid/Live Auctioneers is correct and up to date. We are not responsible for lost items if the address was not updated with the auction provider prior to invoicing. Your correct name will be required to pick up an FFL item, please do not register to bid with an incorrect name, misspelled name, nickname, or your pets name (This actually happened). LOCAL PICKUP: If your invoice appears to be local to the Tidewater Region, ie Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Newport News, Hampton and contiguous counties or cities, we will omit shipping charges and hold your order for local pickup by default. Note: Items purchased online will not be available for pickup on the day of the auction. Items being picked up in store may be picked up the next business day (Tuesday) following the auction. WWII German Militaria: The payment processor for Proxibid and Live Auctioneers will not allow us to process payment for “Nazi” memorabilia. We will send you an external invoice for payment the Wednesday following the auction if your invoice contains any such items. These items are denoted in the item description. ADDITIONAL TERMS OF SALE: PLEASE EXAMINE ALL PICTURES, READ THE DESCRIPTION AND ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING. NO WARRANTY of quality, condition, merchantability, or fitness for intended use is given. We do not take customers guns apart to check for matching numbers, condition etc. We can only describe and photograph what is readily externally visible. All items sold "AS IS WHERE IS", all descriptions provided are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as creating any representation or warranty. It is the buyers responsibility to determine authenticity before bidding; examine the pictures closely and ask questions before bidding. Buyers should have any firearms purchased from our auction evaluated by a qualified gunsmith before use. All merchandise is sold as consigned; ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! NO RETURNS OR CHARGE BACKS ALLOWED! Returns and chargebacks will result in a BLACK FLAG with Proxibid/ Live Auctioneers. We will only allow returns/refunds for items damaged in shipping following a claims process. LEGALITY OF ITEM, RESPONSIBILITY OF BUYER: It is the buyers responsibility to know the legality or any restrictions within your state on each item purchased. If the item is illegal for you to receive, or the ship to location is prohibited in our terms, you are still obligated to pay for the item; we will re auction the item for you with you as the consignor. ITAR Restricted items: Items that are ITAR controlled may not be shipped out of the United States. These items include but are not limited to certain aircraft parts, ordinance items, optical devices, and electronics. Generally, we will try to list an item as ITAR controlled. By participating in our auction, you agree to receive email or phone communications from us related to our auctions. We may also contact you in case of a payment or FFL issue. ABANDONED ITEMS, STORAGE: If you do not pick up your paid items, arrange for shipping or arrange for re-auctioning an item(s) within 60 days of the auctions closing, the item(s) will be considered abandoned, the seller will loose all rights to the item(s). After 60 days any payment returns would be less a 25% per month restocking and storage fee, if the funds are returned within 120 days of the auction date. After 120 days all funds are non-returnable and forfeit. Typographical & Photo Errors: The Buyer will hold the auctioneer harmless for minor errors in the description, or for technical issues arising from description and photo uploads (EG a picture of an item not included in the lot mistakenly added). The auctioneer reserves the right to reschedule the auction if technical difficulties arise within 24 hrs before or during the auction, in which case the auction will be rescheduled and any bids rescinded.
