SC sales tax laws apply to all purchases. All items MUST be PAID IN FULL on AUCTION DAY. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All items are sold as-is, where-is. DAG does not guarantee any item as to usefulness. DAG does not guarantee any year, model, hours, etc. No items will be loaded until items are paid for in full. Buyers are responsible for loading, removal and transport of any purchase. DAG will assist in loading to the best of our ability but is in no way responsible for loading. DAG will not secure loads. DAG, their representatives or the seller are not responsible for accidents, injuries, fire or theft. Every effort is made to 'guard' merchandise throughout the auction; however, the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchases by them immediately following their winning bid.
