(6) HEAVY FENDERS FOR ROAD TRACTOR

Purchases become Buyer's responsibility and they assume all risk of loss or damage immediately upon declaration of SOLD by the Auctioneer. It shall be Buyer's responsibility to inspect and insure purchases immediately. The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any item. • Payment is due on auction day if bidder is onsite and can be made via cash (auction day only), check with letter of guarantee, credit card up to $5,000 (3.5% fee) or wire transfer (you must add the wire fee). Bidders must pay within 48 hours of receipt of invoice. Iron Auction Group's financing information is on our "Partners" page of the website. Bidders planning to finance any item must notify us prior to auction day and at registration. Buyer acknowledges that If payment is not made on time, Buyer will incur a late fee of $25.00 USD per day after 1 week. Buyer is responsible for all bids made with its bidder number(s). If Buyer breaches this agreement, Auctioneer has the right to resell any/all items to a backup bidder or any other party of his choosing without refunding Bidder's deposit and Bidder will be banned from future bidding.
