Buyers Premium: 10% capped at $2000 per item with an additional 3% unlimited. All items are to be paid within three business days following the auction. All items must be paid for before removal of property. ALL PURCHASES MUST BE REMOVED BY APRIL 1ST WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. Those failing to remove their property by this date will incur a $10 per item per day storage fee. We will be loading out from 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Wednesday following the auction. If Granville Auction Company states that an item runs and it does not run when you come to pick it up, you must still pay for that item. Please note that if you buy a vehicle, the title will be mailed to you within 20 days following the auction. Please do not perform any work on any vehicle before receiving a title for that item. Titles: Unless specifically stated in the auction catalog or by the Auctioneer, Granville Auction Company LLP in no way guarantees a title for any vehicle, trailer, boat, atv, etc. If you are unsure about the status of an item, please inquire before bidding. Granville Auction Company reserves the right to hold titles for 28 days, however, it is our goal to mail them to you before then. If there is a problem obtaining a title, Granville Auction Company reserves the right to be granted an additional, reasonable amount of time to obtain that title.
