TIMED Online Auctions. 1. Buyer’s Premium: Buyer’s premium of 10 % will be added to all winning bids. The buyer's premium is non-refundable except in the case of a misrepresented item. 2. Online timed Bidding: By registering to bid through 247gold.com, Inc. TIMED Online Auction service you agree to accept 247gold.com, Inc. policies of bid history disclosure. Bidders may leave absentee bids on items they wish to purchase. Please register to bid in advance of the start time. Lots, which are sold during the auction will display the word "sold" after auction closed. Lots, which will not get any bids will display the word "passed" after auction closed. Bidders may place ONLY pre-bids (absentee bids) on any lots during the time while timed online auction is active. 3. Methods of Payments: Acceptable forms of payment are listed the auction’s info page. You will receive invoice in email after each auction with instructions on how to complete transaction. 4. Payment Due: We will conduct Live auctions every other week and after each auction we will email invoices for all winnings with our PayPal address. If you want pay via PayPal - you have time until following Monday 11 AM EST. After this time Monday credit cards will be charged for all winnings that have not been paid by PayPal. Failure to remit payment to the Seller in the 10 days may result in legal action against the Buyer. 5. Reserve Price: All lots are offered subject to NO Reserve. Starting bid will be equal to Reserve price. Reserve (Starting bid) is the amount below which the lot will not be sold. In all cases, the Reserve (Starting bid) will be set below the estimated range, but in no case will it exceed the estimates listed. After bids will be placed on lots and Timed Online auction closed it will show up as “sold” to a bidder who place maximum bid on offered lot. 6. Inquiries: All inquiries regarding lots must be sent directly to the Seller via email info@247gold.com and received few hours prior to the start of the auction. 7. Withdrawal Prior to Sale an Auctioneer for 247gold.com, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. 8. Guarantee Terms: All items in the auction catalog are sold as described by 247gold.com, Inc. If an item is different than was described by 247gold.com, Inc. Buyer has 3 days from the date the property is received to notify 247gold.com, Inc. After the 3 days period all items are considered “as is”, without recourse. Full refund for misrepresented item will be issued. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. Only in this case shipping fee will be refunded by 247gold.com, Inc. Any refund will be paid directly by the 247gold.com, Inc. to the Buyer. 9. Payment and Delivery: At checkout, notification is sent by email to the Buyer. Shipping will include insurance and tracking (where available) so that the date of delivery is identifiable. 247gold.com, Inc. give the Buyer a period of at least 3 days once the item is received to inspect the item for compliance with the description provided in Seller’s listing and three business days to package and ship the item for return. 10. Returns and refunds: Return is allowed. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and also we understand that you are buying item thought the computer without seeing it “alive’. We give you 3 days to decide if you are going to keep item. If you decide return item please email us about it and send it to our address. We will refund you all money you have paid for item excluding 15% buyer’s premium and shipping charge and we will not charge you restocking fee. If Buyer will NOT notify us about return within 3 days, restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returned items. In the event that an item damaged during delivered by postal service, 247gold.com, Inc. will credit the buyer the hammer price of the item plus the Buyer's Premium. In the event when Buyer does not accept the package upon delivery (for any reason), merchandise will be returned to 247gold.com, Inc. Buyer will be responsible for paying Shipping charges for redelivery of the package. In the event when Buyer refuses the package upon delivery (for any reason), merchandise will be returned to 247gold.com, Inc. Buyer will be responsible for paying restocking fee 20% from total sale price.
