This gorgeous 3,200 square foot building is wood frame construction on a foundation with a shingle roof and includes men’s and women’s locker/shower rooms, each which exit to the outside of the building making it a perfect lake cabin. In addition to locker rooms, this building includes a large kitchen, dining area, a large recreation room and offices and would be a fantastic addition to any lake property. Move the building or salvage what you can – this building includes furnace, two AC units, plumbing fixtures and electrical, and will be sold as a complete package. This building measures approximately 40' x 80.'
