All items need to be removed by December 2nd, 2014. We recommend all items be removed the day the of sale. No loader after Saturday, November 29th. TERMS: Payment in full day of auction by cash or approved check. Personal or company checks will be accepted if accompanied by a letter of guarantee from your bank OR if prior good credit is established with the auction company. Immediate possession of the property given upon full and complete sttlement. Everything sells in “as is” conditions – no warranties - all sales are final. Inspection: The property is available for public inspection. It is the bidder's responsbility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and other attributes of the property. In no event shall Adam Marshall Auctioneers be held responsible for having made or implied any assurance of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off-site and are not present at the live auction understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as welll as if they examined it in person. Bidder agrees that everything is sold in "as is" condition and that they may not return items they purchased. Adam Marshall Auctioneers is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to bidders. Bidders acknowledge and understand that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall a bidder have any claim against Adam Marshall Auctioneers or anyone else if the internet service fails to operate correctly before or during the live auction. Adam Marshall Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bids are acknowledged should use the proxibid-bidding feature allowing them to leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
