Payment Instructions: We do not keep your credit card information on file. It is for registration purposes only. You will be contacted after the auction to pay for your item (s). We accept Visa, Discover, and MasterCard only! AmEx is used for registration screening only. A 4% convenience fee will be applied to all credit card transactions in addition to any buyer's premium. Wire transfer is acceptable. In order to bid at this auction, all new bidders to Proxibid are required to provide 2 phone numbers where they can be contacted. If the auction company cannot contact you at one of the phone numbers provided, you will not be allowed to bid. You will receive 2 invoices for this auction. The first will be a summary of your purchases. The second will be your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. This invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file if you elect to do so. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $25 processing fee to run another credit card- NO EXCEPTIONS
