All working firearms sold, regardless of age are subject to FFL NICS approval. Firearms will only be shipped to a current FFL holder with proper communication and license. Processing will only take place after payment has been made. NO REFUNDS. If buyer is not approved, no refunds will be issued and the gun will stay the property of Clark Auction Company, LLC.
