Payment Instructions: If you are the high bidder you will receive an invoice. Payment for equipement is by Visa or MasterCard on line only (All sales are final! No Chargebacks!) Vehicles cannot be paid by credit card. Vehicles must be paid for by cashiers check or wire transfer. There is a 16% Buyers Premium on equipment. There is a 13% Buyers Premium on Vehicles. Everything sells to the Highest Bidder, Regardless of Price! Everything sells on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis. Shipping and Handling is the responsibility of the buyer. Local online buyers can pick up their items at the location. If Ewald Auction & Realty helps with shipping there will be an appropriate handling fee applied. This will be discussed at time of shipping. (Usually $10) Sales tax will be charged on all sales in Florida and any sales in which the buyer picks up the items at the site. Out of state purchases that are shipped out of state will not be charged sales tax. Items that are not picked up by Monday following the auction are forfeited.

Shipping Instructions: Arranging and payment for pick up of items is the buyers responsibliity. You can use the shipper of your choice. All shipping and handling fees and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. Ewald Auction & Realty does not pack items or deliver to shipping agents. If Ewald Auction & Realty helps with shipping there will be an appropriate handling fee applied. This will be discussed at time of shipping. (Usually $10) Buyer is responsible for packaging, shipping and handling fees. All items are to be removed by the Monday following the auction. All removal will be by appointment ONLY. Items that are not picked up by Monday following the auction are forfeited.
Preview Date & Times: We tried to describe the items to the best of our knowledge. The auction items are strictly sold on an 'AS IS, WHERE IS' basis. Inspection on-site will be from 9-10am on the day of auction or by appointment.
Checkout Date & Times: All items must be picked up at the warehouse or shipping arranged by the Wed following the auction.
