Everything sells on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis. 16% Buyer's Premium on all equipment sales. 13% Buyer's Premium on all vehicle Sales. Payment is by Visa or Mastercard on Equipment (All sales are final! No Chargebacks!) Payment on vehicles is by cash or cashiers check only. No credit cards will be accepted on titled vehicles. Payment is due immediately following the sale. Arranging and paying for pick up, shipping and handling is the buyers responsibility. If Ewald Auction & Realty helps with shipping there will be an appropriate handling fee applied. This will be discussed at time of shipping. (Usually $10) All sales are final! No chargebacks! Shipping and Handling is the responsibility of the buyer.
