This auction is for Western CANADIAN buyers only. ALL vehicles (lots 213-219) are sold subject to bank approval and are NOT sold until you hear it from Gary Hanna Auctions directly, regardless of what your invoice says. All the other items up for sale (lots 1-212) are sold unreserved. Please note there is a 15% buyers fee plus the GST (5%) on top of the hammer price for ALL items, including vehicles. All items are as is, where is, as photographed. No warranties implied or otherwise exist. All sales are final. Due to the nature of the items being sold, we will not be shipping anything-- it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure payment and pick up are completed on time. Payment must be made within 2 days of the auction closing for lots 1 to 212, and these items must be picked up and removed by 3pm on Wednesday November 30th, 2022. There are no exceptions to this as the bay must be cleared out by the end of the month. Load out will be Monday the 28th and Tuesday the 29th from 10:00am to 4:00pm, and Wednesday the 30th from 10:00am to 3:00pm. The vehicles up for auction (lots 213-219) are next to the old Gary Hanna Auctions location at 11303 Yellowhead Trail NW, and all the other items (lots 1-212) are located at Unit 11, 11830-152 Street, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. If you are local or within driving distance you are welcome to view the items ONE DAY ONLY on Monday November 21st, 2022 from 11am to 3pm. Come and view the vehicles up for sale to satisfy yourself as to condition and mileage, as no objections will be allowed after the sale on any grounds whatsoever.
