Winning bidders will have their credit card charged 10% or $300.00 whichever is greater of the total purchase (including the buyer's premium) upon completion of the sale. This transaction will occur immediately after the winning the lot. If 10% cannot be secured at this time, bidder will be contacted immediately to provide alternate payment method. If 10% or $300.00 whichever is greater is not secured at this time, bidder forfeits all rights to lot won and the lot will be rerun through the auction.
The remaining balance is due by 4pm the Thursday immediately following the auction. If final payment is not made by this time, all deposited monies will be lost and all rights to the purchased vehicle or property will be waived. All purchased vehicles and property must be paid in full prior to their release.

Credit cards WILL BE ACCEPTED for full payment. Certified funds are the only acceptable form of final payment and must be coordinator through the auction company prior to release of the lot won. Vehicles sold on IF - Vehicles requiring the approval by the vehicle provider will not be released to Buyers until bid is accepted by the vehicle provider. Vehicles sold in such a matter will be announced as 'Sold On IF'. ALL Vehicle's sold on a 'IF' lock you into that bid until 9am the following day. We try our hardest to notify you if your bid has been accepted by the seller by the end of the auction. Seller has the right to accept,deny,or counter your bid. If the seller accept's your bid, you OWN the vehicle for your bid price plus the appropriate fees. Special Terms

By registering as a buyer ('Buyer') with I80 Auto Auction you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. I80 Auto Auction reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the Buyer. Terms and conditions printed on auction lists, announced at the live auctions and displayed on I80 Auto Auction's Website at www.i80auto.com become part of this agreement by reference. All vehicles are sold AS IS, unless otherwise noted according to our lighting system. All 'AS IS' sales are final - no exceptions. All winning bidders must secure a 10% minimum deposit immediately upon winning the lot. Final balances must be paid in full by 4 p.m. on the Thursday immediately following the auction. If final payment is not made by this time, all monies deposited will be lost and all rights to the purchased vehicle or property are waived. All purchased vehicles and property must be PAID IN FULL prior to their release. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Account Responsibility - Buyers are responsible for all transactions on their account, including, without limitation, all live bids placed by authorized bidders and bids submitted through Proxybid using the login name and password issued to the Buyer. Accounts cannot be transferred. In the event of unauthorized use of Buyer's ID card or login information, buyer shall be responsible for all charges incurred prior to receipt of written notice by I80 Auto Auction advising of such unauthorized use. Membership Cancellation - I80 Auto Auction reserves the right to suspend or revoke the buying privileges of a Buyer for any reason. Auction Cancellation - I80 Auto Auction may, at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion and with or without notice, postpone or cancel a sale. I80 Auto Auction will neither be liable or obligated to the Buyer as a result of any auction postponement or cancellation. Vehicle Withdrawal - I80 Auto Auction reserves the right to withdraw from auction any vehicle for any reason at any time at its sole and absolute discretion. Tie Bid Policy - Should a tie occur between an online bid and a bidder attending the live auction, the live bidder will be awarded the vehicle. Reserves - Due to the wide variety of vehicle sources, some vehicles may have a minimum amount, or reserve, set by the vehicle provider. If a vehicle has a reserve designated by the vehicle provider, I80 Auto Auction reserves the right to PASS the vehicle on behalf of the vehicle provider.
