Payment Instructions: 5% Buyers Fee applies to Internet purchases. Internet buyers are required to contact auction company for wire transfer instructions. Internet buyers must wire transfer total amount due within 2 business days of auction, no exceptions. All wire transfer fees must be paid by the buyer. Wire instruction will be emailed to successful bidder along with auction invoice. Please provide email address with registration.

Preview Date & Times: Preview dates and times: September 2, 3, 4 and 5 2014 from 9-5 daily OR by appointment.
Checkout Date & Times: Buyer, at his/her own expense and risk, shall remove each purchase. All items are to be removed by September 20, 2014. Storage fees ($25.00 per day) apply after that date. Appointments are required for all pickups.

5% Buyers Fee applies to each item. Bank Letter of Guarantee is required. All bidders agree to the terms and conditions set forth and to all announcements made day of auction. Buyer agrees that all items are sold As Is-Where Is, without warranty of any kind. Buyer will rely on his/her own, pre auction inspection. Buyer agrees that he/she has been encouraged to inspect all items and bid accordingly. Buyer agrees that each item is the sole responsibility of the buyer from the moment the item is sold. Buyer agrees that any announcement made day of auction will take precedence over any material published about the item or the auction. RJ Stockwell Inc. and/or Seller, assume no liability and shall not be held liable for errors, omissions or changes. Buyer is responsible for verifying all information. Buyer assumes all responsibility for any injuries suffered while inspecting, buying or removing equiment. Juristiction and venue regarding any dispute arising here from, shall be held in Taylor County, Wisconsin. 5.5% sales tax when applicable.
