All lots are subject to a 15% buyer's premium regardless of payment or bidding method. Montana is a no sales tax state. Any out-of-state bidders may be responsible to report purchases and pay use tax under their own state law. All bidding will be in and must be paid in U.S. Dollars. Invoices will be emailed within 24 hours of the auction's close and will be automatically billed to purchaser's credit card on file unless alternate arrangements are made prior to the end of the auction. All internet bidders agree that bids placed on the Internet shall have the same legal effect as if they were in attendance at the auction in person. Bidders who bid from off-site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Rivers West Auction LLC is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Rivers West Auction LLC or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Rivers West Auction LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from the source. Internet bidders who desire to make certian their bid is acknowledge should use the proxi-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
