Payment Instructions: Cash, Bankable Check, Cashiers Check, or Wire Transfer with proper ID. Items to be removed only after the funds have cleared our office. Payment due and payable within 2 business days upon receiving invoice. For wiring instructions, please call Dan or Charlie at 816-232-7160. Wire transfers for the amount of the purchase and transfer fee. Please include your bidder number in the Transfer memo to ensure payment. All/any titles will be held until funds have cleared our office. Any applicable sales tax applies.

Driving Directions: From Jamesport Mo, take Hwy F East 3 miles, turn right onto Hwy U the South 8 miles to farm. From Chillicothe MO From the North edge of Chillicothe on Hwy 65 go left or West on Hwy 190 10 Miles, then North on Blacktop U 3.5 miles to farm.
