AGENCY DISCLOSURE: Any/all Agents involved in the transaction from Jack Nitz & Associates are Agents of and Represent the Sellers. AUCTION DAY TERMS: A Non-refundable Earnest Deposit of $ 50,000.00 (Cashier’s, Business or Personal Checks Accepted – made payable to Jack Nitz & Associates) will be required on Auction Day. Execution of the Purchase Agreement by all Parties (All Buyers and All Sellers) will be required on Auction Day. The balance of the Purchase Price will be required to be paid, in Certified Funds, on or before June 1, 2008. The Property is being sold WITHOUT contingencies of any kind. ESCROW CLOSING: Closing of the Property will be required to be completed by all parties on or before June 1, 2008 at the offices of Dakota Title & Escrow Company in Omaha, NE.
