The auctioneer’s decision is final. • The auctioneer and/or seller reserve(s) the right to reject any or all bids. • The auctioneer reserves the right to accept confidential and/or absentee bidding. • Confidential and/or absentee bidders must qualify with the auctioneers or cashiers prior to the item being offered for sale. Bidding will be completed at the auction block by the auctioneer. All terms of the sale remain in effect for such bidders. • The in house bidder takes priority over confidential and/or absentee bidding in case of a tie. As soon as you become the winning bidder at the auction, you are responsible for the items you purchased, even if you have not checked out yet.
