TERMS AND CONDITIONS: There will be a 12% Buyer's Fee on each item. Each item sold is AS IS, WHERE IS, Without Warranty. There will be a $100.00 Title Fee on all Vehicles 1986 and newer. Georgia TAVT Tax is due at the time of purchase on all vehicles purchased by Georgia residents. TAVT Tax is not charged if you are not a Georgia Resident. All sales are final! Payment in full for purchase is required within 2 business days of Auction Day. We accept cash, cashier's check, good personal or company check accompanied by a bank letter of credit or wire transfer (add $18.00 wire fee). Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted with a 3% Processing Fee added. Georgia Sales Tax of 8% will be added to your purchase price unless you have a valid sales tax resale certification number or Gate Card. A Gate Card cannot be used to purchase vehicles. All items purchased must be removed from Auction Site by August 8th 2025. Items remaining past August 8th, 2025 will incur storage fees of $250.00 per week, per item.
