All items need to be removed by March 31st. We recommend all items be removed the day the of sale. The loader will be available until end of the day March 27th. Loading available 10AM-5PM on March 25th, and by appointment after. TERMS: Payment in full day of auction by good check. Personal or company checks will be accepted. Immediate possession of the property given upon the auctioneer saying "sold" and full possession after complete settlement. The auction company is not responsible for your items if they become damaged or stolen. Everything sells in “as is” conditions – no warranties - all sales are final. Items with titles are subject a $25 title transfer fee. Inspection: The property is available for public inspection. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and other attributes of the property. Adam Marshall Auctioneers may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction, but makes no representation. In no event shall Adam Marshall Auctioneers be held responsible for having made or implied any assurance of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off-site and are not present at the live auction understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Adam Marshall Auctioneers shall not be responsible for any errors and omissions in the description of the items. Bidder agrees that everything is sold in "as is" condition and that they may not return items they purchased. Adam Marshall Auctioneers is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to bidders. Bidders acknowledge and understand that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall a bidder have any claim against Adam Marshall Auctioneers or anyone else if the internet service fails to operate correctly before or during the live auction. Adam Marshall Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bids are acknowledged should use the proxibid-bidding feature allowing them to leave their maximum bid before the auction begins. Adam Marshall Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in an auction.
