1. Equipment included in this auction may be installed in the bakery. Buyer are responsible for the safe removal of installed items. 2. Buyer's Premium: 17.5% Added to each bid 3. Sales Tax: Florida Residence 7.5%, unless tax certificate is on-file 4. "As Is": All lots are sold "as is". Unless otherwise described, all items were working when the bakery shut down 2 weeks ago. Descriptions are to the best of our ability, but should not be relied upon. Bidders should conduct their own due diligence. All items are available for preview prior to the auction. Executing a bid is a buyers decision and in doing so bidder understands they are purchasing the item "as is" and without warranty. 5. Shipping: Buyers are responsible for all shipping arrangements and costs. We will ship small items such as utensil lots and paddles at the buyer's expense. We will not ship equipment or oversized items. All items must be removed from the auction location by 5P on July 7th, 2009. No exceptions. Dispute: If a dispute arises between bidders, the auctioneer will choose to pass the item, sell the item to one of the bidders or bring the item back up. The auctioneers decision is final and absolute. No exceptions.
