Please Note; we are required to collect local sales tax on most auctions. If you Have a tax ID number and are tax-exempt, we ask that you put it on file with Proxibid. If you have a valid reason to be tax-exempt and don’t have a tax ID Number, You can fill out and exemption form and send it to us and we will remove or refund the tax. Any titled vehicles will have the sales tax removed from the invoice and you will remit the tax when you register the vehicle. If your payment is processed through AtgPay, they collect and remit sales tax. We have no control over this, and you must have a sales tax form on file with them. Air Works Consignment Auction will not give refunds on sales tax, they must be processed from AtgPay specifically. All items are sold 'As Is Where Is' The Air Works Consignment Auction Ltd. acts only as an agent of the seller and assumes no responsibility for seller statements. All items sell as is where is with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items and equipment before bidding on them as the winning bidder is committing to a legally binding purchase. We have good, trusted sellers and ask the sellers to represent their items in an ethical manner but ask that you the buyer understand you are purchasing items and equipment upon your own final inspection and discretion. All items are to be removed from the premises by the purchaser. In all disputed bids, the decision of the auctioneer on the stand is final. The sales price is the price recorded by the clerk on the clerking sheet at the time of the sale. If you question this price, we will endeavor to check with the clerk and the auctioneer. However, if they don't recall the item or a difference in price, the price on the clerking sheet shall stand and you are expected to pay for the item. Purchaser assumes responsibility for items at the time of purchase (i.e., when the auctioneer declares the item sold). Do not leave items unattended. If you send a trucker to pick up your items, he must have a paid receipt or will not be loaded. No exceptions. Buyer’s will need to have a paid receipt to enter auction area and before loading. Free load out assistance will be provided till dates with each ring or department as listed below; Heavy Equipment, February 17th thru 28th, Sawmill Equipment February 17th thru 26th, Woodworking & Metalworking February 17th thru 21st, Dean Beachy Arena Building and Book Auction area items need to be removed by last day of sale Saturday Feb. 15th. Items in all other areas need to be removed by Wednesday Feb. 19th. Special pick-up arrangements will be considered for some items, call Emanuele 330-749-7259. Note; Online purchases from the antique and collectible rings will be sent to a third party shipper on same day that the item was sold, the third party shipper will contact you (the buyer) for shipping arrangements.
