Payment Instructions: We accept credit cards and wire transfer only. A 13% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. There will be no sales tax charged for online sales unless you live within the boundaries of South Carolina, North Carolina or Georgia. You will be notified at the end of the Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. This invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another credit card- NO EXCEPTIONS! OUT OF STATE BUYERS: Guns must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state, and we will need a copy of your dealer's license sent to us before we can ship the gun. FFL can be emailed to auction@alhughesauction.com or faxed to 712-527-5496. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. Insurance will be extra if the buyer requests. We combine shipping cost on multiple lots as much as possible. Make sure each item is legal to own in your state before you bid! No international shipping. All property offered for sale is as is, where is. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES. Al Hughes Auction does not guarantee or make warranties on any lot sold.
