.39 bore, 7 3/8" bbl, SN 8500. Gray patina, fair bore with no visible rifling, matching numbers on barrel, frame, nickled trigger guard and cylinder, the octagon flat side barrel is marked with a U over N proof with the U being rolled in on top of legs similar to an open top circle on left side above barrel key and Colt Patent on top of breech with no address, cylinder is engraved with indians on horseback fight scene and ELG belgian proof, most screw heads show buggering, barrel wedge is slightly loose and will wall out without loosening the screw, wood grips show average handling.
