Payment Instructions: Pick up is on Thursday, July 9th from 11-2pm located at 101 Zion Heights Ct, Easley, SC 29642. Call with any questions 864-494-1965. All items need to be removed by 2pm, no exceptions. Large lots not picked up will be forfeited. OUR STAFF DOES NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 11AM - PLEASE DO NOT COME EARLIER THAN 11am. Call with any questions, 864-494-1965. For a 3% discount we accept Cash, Venmo & Zelle. Please bring exact change or very close to it when paying onsite for cash. If paying by Venmo remember if you use funding from a credit card you will be charged 3%. (For Venmo/Zelle- If you are out of state or will not be picking your items up, add $5 to the cash amount for our transport fee unless your items are larger then add $10.) A 15% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. There will be no sales tax charged for online sales unless you live in SC. You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases & amount due, amount will NOT include shipping costs. Any cards denied will be charged a $5.00 fee per charge. If you know there is an issue with your card, please contact us immediately. The invoice sent to you will serve as billing amount that is charged to your card on file (not shipping costs). We use The UPS Store in Taylors, SC as our shipping company (864)268-6068. Any invoice not picked up will be subject to a $5-$15 transport fee depending on size of order. We do not ship furniture, large lots (cabinets/shelves) or very large items.
