Firearms: Winning bidders should have a valid and clear copy of your dealers FFL license faxed to us at 440-647-4006 or emailed to john@estateauctioneers.com within 48 hours after the auction, accompanied by a copy of your invoice. CC&R is acceptable as long as firearm purchased qualifies. The average shipping time for this auction will be 2-3 weeks due to the holiday schedule and shipping volume. The winning bidders credit card will be charged for the purchase at the conclusion of the auction. Long guns are shipped insured through UPS ground. Modern handguns are shipped USPS Priority mail with insurance. A packing fee of $15 per gun (or lot) and the actual shipping fees including signature and insurance charges, will show up on your credit card as a separate charge. Descriptions and condition reports are based on a visual inspection of the exterior item. We do not disassemble any firearms and have made no examination of any internal mechanical workings or firing mechanisms. As always, you should have your firearms inspected and serviced by a qualified gunsmith. Buyers should be aware of their local firearm laws and restrictions. No refunds will be granted to an individual who purchases a firearm and cannot accept delivery through their local FFL dealer due to local firearm restrictions (you should know what is acceptable in your area before bidding). Bolt number does not match. Has no dust cover, cleaning rod or mono pod. Bore is average. Comes with aircraft sight in place. Overall shape is at 80%. The second short rifle has a 26" barrel length with a blue finish. Screws are missing from forend cap, forward sling swivel and rear sling swivel are missing. Mum is ground. Postley, Nelson & Co. Cap & Ball Rifle in .60 Caliber. This heavy bench rifle has a barrel length of 31" with 1-3/4" from flat to flat. Lock is marked Moore Henzey & Co. This rifle is a half stock with target sights. Wood looks to be maple and has lots of tiger stripes. Comes with crescent butt and patch box of German silver. Stock has professional repair in front of trigger bow. Comes with double set triggers. Has ram in place under barrel that looks original to this gun. Barrel is engraved J.T. Carmon, Sulpher Spring, OH. This outstanding bench gun has probably seen use in the Civil war. Comes with original bullet mold, powder flask, caps and leather possibles bag. Flask is U.S. marked. All items look same age as gun.

Colt Model 1911 in .45 ACP. Finish is completely worn white on this 5" barrel length Colt. Metal surfaces have light to medium pitting over all. Grips are checkered walnut and are worn almost smooth. Frame has the WB inspector's stamp. This is an early WWI production. Magazine is WWII period. Bore is poor and dark. Main spring housing has been changed. Replacement is a WWII style. Front and rear sights have been changed. Metal surfaces have lots of bumps and dings. Lots of corrosion under grips. Good candidate for re-build or frame for target gun.
