Registration All buyers must have a bidder number in order to bid. To obtain a bidder number you will need a $200 cash or debit deposit. Deposit is fully refundable if no item is purchased. Auction Empire will issue a permanent bidder number for the deposit amount of $200 cash or debit. Payments All payments are to be made within 3 business days following auction. Forms of payment include cash, wire transfers, cashier's checks, and debit. Credit card payments will be accepted on surplus items only. If payment is not made within 3 business days following auction buyer will forfeit deposit and be banned from all future auctions. Internet Bidding Payment: Credit card on file with Proxibid will be used to pay for all non-titled items. Titled items must be paid for via wire transfer, cashier's check or paid in person with cash or debit. Buyer's Premium & other Fee's A 13% buyer's fee will be applied to the total invoice price with a 3% discounted buyer's premium for payments made in cash, cashier's check, Debit or wire transfer. An additional buyer's premium will be added on to all purchases made online. Sales tax will be charged unless the buyer fills out an Arizona Form 5000. It is recommended that the buyer provides us with a copy of their transaction privilege license and automotive dealer's license. An administration fee will be applied to all titled items. A gun lock fee will be applied to each gun sold. Removal & Shipping All items must be paid in full before being removed. Lots must be removed within 3 business days following auction. A daily storage fee of $10 a lot for general merchandise & $25 a lot for titled vehicles or oversized lots (as determined by staff) will apply to all items left on the property by the close of business on the 3rd business day following the auction. Any items left on the property a week following the auction will become property of Auction Empire and be resold. Auction Empire will ship items purchased through Proxibid if item fits into a standard USPS shipping box, a shipping charge will be added to the invoice. All other shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the winning bidder. Item Representation All items are sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantee. All items are available for preview before bidding; it is the buyers' responsibility to inspect items before purchasing. Title (ownership) and risk of loss or damage transfers to Bidder as soon as each individual lot is sold. Purchaser should monitor their purchases during the auction, if it is damaged or missing it is the bidders' responsibility. Auction Empire urges all Bidders to remove all lots from the auction site as soon as possible, and no later than the close of business 3 days following the date of the auction, with safety and security as the top considerations. All Sales are Final. All items are sold "As Is, Where Is" with all faults and without warranties. In regards to the mileage on vehicles: Arizona has three Vehicle Title classifications for Odometers, they are BOX A ' Actual Mileage; BOX B ' Mileage exceeds the mechanical limits of the odometer; BOX C ' True Mileage Unknown, the letter following the mileage denotes which box is checked on the title. In regards to Seller Confirmation and Unreserved Items: It is Auction Empire's policy to allow our consignor's to place a "Seller's Confirmation" on any lot they wish. If a Seller's Confirmation is set on any lot it will be clearly marked. All other lots will be sold to the highest bidder; however, Auction Empire reserves the absolute right, in its sole and exclusive judgment, to withdraw any lot from sale, or add new lots to the sale at any time up to the item being declared sold.
