When your items are available to be shipped you will be contacted for Shipping and Handling payments. When Shipping and Handling have been paid in full your items will be shipped. Declined Cards are subject to a $35.00 transaction fee, and the potential inability to bid on future auctions. Buyer's Premium and tax are listed elsewhere. Vehicle titles are held until payment clears. If the title is held by a bank, it may take up to 30 days to procure a clear title.
