Payment Instructions: Buyer's premium is 10% and we follow local tax rates. PLEASE NOTE: Changes to the credit card on file will not reflect immediately for an auction that is currently active and open for bidding. Please contact us if you need to make a one time payment. Declined credit cards will be subject to a $5 fee. No fee will be charged if you contact us before the auction closes. Credit cards on file will be charged within 24 Hours of the auction completion. A wire transfer will be required for purchases of $5000.00 or more. Numismatic buyers with purchases of $750.00 or more are asked to contact our office for payment options. Merchandise must be paid for in full prior to being removed or picked up from the auction site. When your items are available to be shipped you will be contacted for Shipping and Handling payments. When Shipping and Handling have been paid in full your items will be shipped. Declined Payments are subject to a $5.00 transaction fee, and the potential inability to bid on future auctions. Purchases are subject to buyer’s premium and sales tax which is added to final sale price. To be considered tax exempt, Auction Solutions, Inc. must have your SIGNED Nebraska form 13 on file. If your payment is declined, we will attempt to contact you by phone and/or email the day after the auction closes. If items have not been paid for by the end of the scheduled pickup day your items will be forfeit. No refunds will be given.

Shipping Instructions: Shipping for this auction will be limited due to size and weight of the items for sale. Please contact us with questions. Auction Solutions Inc. will be issuing email notifications from Shipping Saint within 2 days of the auction ending, and it is required that the winner of the lot select between the available choices of shipping or in-person pick-up or you will not receive your item. If you have any shipping questions, please respond directly to the message from Shipping Saint and one of our employees will respond in a timely manner. Please note Auction Solutions Inc. staff are not responsible for auction winnings post pick-up. You must make sure that all auction items are accounted for. Once those items are signed for and removed, there will be no refunds or discounts.

Checkout Date & Times: Pickup will be day of auction. Larger items may need to wait to be loaded out. The seller will be available Saturday November 23rd from 10am to 3pm at the building for load out.

Driving Directions: Winning bidders will receive an email from Shipping Saint and will need to select a pickup time online. The pickup date(s) is scheduled with the seller and is not flexible. Arriving outside of a scheduled pickup window may lead to a delay in your pickup or you may be asked to return at a different time. Please contact us if you have trouble scheduling a pickup time online. Pickups are typically scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays. For security reasons, we do not disclose the pickup location except to winning bidders. You will receive an email from Shipping Saint and will need to select pickup and choose an appointment time to see the pickup address.

Special Terms

We will have a 4000lb forklift and operator on site day of the sale, but will not be able to run through some parts of the building while the sale is going on. Larger items will require scheduling a later date with a licensed rigger to remove. We will not allow rigging on November 22nd. Patriot Rigging has been to the site and is prepared to offer you a quote to rig/move the large machines, their contact number is below. Shipping will be limited on this auction due to the size and weight of the items. Please contact us with questions about shipping.
