A wire transfer will be required for purchases of $5000.00 or more. Numismatic buyers with purchases of $750.00 or more are asked to contact our office for payment options. Merchandise must be paid for in full prior to being removed or picked up from the auction site. When your items are available to be shipped you will be contacted for Shipping and Handling payments. When Shipping and Handling have been paid in full your items will be shipped. Declined Payments are subject to a $5.00 transaction fee, and the potential inability to bid on future auctions. Purchases are subject to buyer’s premium and sales tax which is added to final sale price. To be considered tax exempt, Auction Solutions, Inc. must have your SIGNED Nebraska form 13 on file. If your payment is declined, we will attempt to contact you by phone and/or email the day after the auction closes. If items have not been paid for by the end of the scheduled pickup day your items will be forfeit. No refunds will be given.

Please note Auction Solutions Inc. staff are not responsible for auction winnings post pick-up. You must make sure that all auction items are accounted for.
