Unless a minimum bid per item or reserve bid notice is posted, the highest bid online at close of bidding on each item becomes the winning bid for that item. Buyers must pay a 10% Buyer's Fee plus Internet Bid Premium 5% + Credit Card Premium 3% for a total of 18% in addition to the winning bid amount. The total then becomes the full purchase price for each item. Sales tax is calculated on full purchase price. 3% discount for cash or preapproved checks and NO ONLINE FEES FOR ONSITE BIDS. Sales Tax: 5.5% WI Sales Tax collected for all Onsite and in State buyers for total purchase with premiums unless Buyer provides Completed Tax Certificate for our files. Buyers responsible for all taxes, vehicle registration fees, FFL firearms background check, cost of removal, shipping, packaging, handling plus any additional expense per item description. Payment is due immediately following close of the Auction. Unless other arrangements made no less than 24 hours prior to Auction, ALL Purchases, including taxes and fees, are automatically drafted from your card on file within 2 hours of Auction's end. AuctionGrooVe does not keep Credit Card information on file. Shipping billed separately. No items shipped until payment for purchases clear. All sold As-is, where-is. We are unable to test or thoroughly inspect every item. If damage or defects are found we try to alert bidders in item descriptions. Closely examine photographs as most defects will be shown. Buyer is responsible to verify condition prior to bidding and bid accordingly. Items expected to be at least in average, used, functional condition unless noted otherwise in description or photos. If items found inoperable at pick up time, prior to leaving the premises, we will refund actual purchase price and Buyer fees as liquidated damages. Fees and charges for failing to timely remove or pay for items won: If the winning bidder's credit card information is on file with AuctionGrooVe, that card will be charged for the total purchase price plus one $30 fee if payment and/or removal is not completed on schedule or per prior arrangement. Additional $30 late payment fees are assessed for each partial day beyond the payment deadline for which payment is not made. If items not removed by last pick up date for that Auction, a minimum $10.00 handling and storage fee will be assessed per Auction lot, per day. Storage fees will accrue beginning on the day following last pick up date posted on AuctionGrooVe website for this Auction. If items are not removed by the end of final scheduled pick up with no contact and agreement with Buyer, AuctionGrooVe reserves the right to consider them abandoned property, with all of the buyer's rights and interests in the property extinguished.
