Payment Instructions: Payment must be made following auction close. 3% Credit Card Fee applies. Expect us two run your card twice, once for the final price of the item itself and second when we get a quote of the shipping a few days after the sale. For the easier items that we can include an instant shipping quote on, those buyers may just see one total charge. Out of state internet bidders must pay with credit card (Mastercard, Discover or Visa), cashiers check or bank to bank wire transfer. If you wish to pay other than a card make sure you notify us asap after the auction by email. Credit cards will be charged a 3% fee and wire transfers will be treated as cash. Local bidders should pay with cash or check with a bank letter of guaranty to avoid the credit card fee.

Shipping Instructions: Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will offer a quote for shipping items to a designated location, but in no way will be held responsible for items once they leave our location. Firearms must be shipped to an FFL holder and we require a signed copy of the FFL to ship. Pick up of items will be allowed at a designated time and location. For items being picked up in person, we prefer CASH, . Handguns can only be picked up by in-state residents. For handguns out of state buyers must provide an FFL in your home state to ship to. Most handguns will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail at a cost of $20 each Long guns will be shipped FedEx ground for $25 each unless the value exceeds $500 which after that it will be $2 per $100 additional value. Ammo will need to be shipped FedEx ground. Please remember we are short staffed during COVID and will have no more than two people processing orders and normally just one so be patient.
Preview Date & Times: No preview, online only so please review the pictures to make your value determination. Remember most guns are new.

This is an auction and all sales are final. No warranty is either expressed, written or implied. We try to list these items as accurately as we can however we are not experts on all the items we sell. Terms for firearm auctions are as follows: Do Not Bid on firearms or ammunition unless you can legally own them. We will do NICS checks for buyers that pickup items locally. For those being shipped, your local FFL will do the NICS check. Once you win a firearm reach out to your dealer and have them email us a copy of their FFL along with your information so that we know who to match their FFL with. Our email is info@auctionsasap.com If an item is purchased by an individual that can not legally possess the item due to Federal, State, or municipality regulations, payment in full is still required & we will accept the individual as a consignor for the item to be resold at a later date in one of our upcoming auctions. In this case you will at no time take possession of the item. You are required to be aware of all laws governing your ability to purchase them prior to bidding.
