Payment Instructions: PLEASE make sure the card on file with Proxibid is a good card because you will be charged a $5 fee if the card it declined for ANY REASON because WE are charged. We use the APN network for credit cards and also do all of our own in house shipping so unless you have any special instructions or changes you won't have to worry about anything, we will handle it all for you. The credit card you select when you register to bid will be the card the APN will charged. We are opened Tuesday through Friday following the auction from 12-5 for pick-ups. Please try to have your items picked up at that time as we need the space to set up for the next auction. If additional time is needed or if you are coming from out of town to pick up, please call us at 318-828-2915 to make arrangements as we do not have regular hours during the rest of the week and if you are coming from out of town we need to know so your items are not packed up for shipping. For on-line, live internet or absentee bidding there is a 15% buyers premium. All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. Credit card on file will be charged . We only state information that has been told to us by the folks that have consigned the items. It is the bidders responsibility to make their decisions based on what they see for themselves. There are no refunds or returns for any reason! COIN AUCTIONS: All items in our Numismatic auctions are guaranteed to be as stated in the description. We will accept returns on any items that is not as stated in the description. Shipping / Packaging is done on the Monday following the auction and will be shipped on Tuesday following the auction or withing 2 business days after the auction. FIREARMS AUCTIONS: Any auctions conducted that include the sale of fire arms of any type will be guided by all Federal, State and Local laws. An onsite agent will be on the premises for these sales to conduct any and all background checks in the event that a fire arm is awarded. A $10 fee will be charged for this service on site on the first fire arm and a $5 fee will be charged for any additional fire arms awarded in that same auction to the same bidder. These fees apply to any firearms sold online as well for processing. Any fire arms that require shipping (this includes antique, vintage or new) will be shipped by our licensed agent and must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer location. If the winner posses his own FFL license it may be shipped directly to him/her. (normally hand guns are $20 and rifles are $40 but depending on weight this could be a little higher) A shipping charges will be assessed by our licensed agent for shipping on a different credit card transaction. This includes all packaging, boxing, labeling, insurance and processing. Any person bidding on fire arms agree to all of the above prior to bidding and must know the laws of their own state guidelines. While we cannot provide shipping for the larger furniture items, we will be happy to help you make arrangements for it. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and may be quoted before shipping. Winning bidders will pay actual shipping, insurance, and packing costs. Furniture and large items must be shipped via common carrier, bidder to pay associated costs. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. We will gladly deliver large items to our local Carriers at no additional charge. Shipping charges for these larger items will be between you and the shipping company. Insurance is required for any and all purchases. Insurance is assessed at $1.00 per hundred with a $1.00 minimum insurance cost. While we have not started u...morep our live auctions yet at some point I hope we will be able to. At this time these online auctions are our only auction venue. We will be doing most any of the same auctions that we would normally provide live. On the online auctions our only preview are the pictures you will see on the lots. We are doing Estate Auctions, Gun Auctions, General Auctions, Coin Auctions, Toy Auctions, Comic Book Auctions, Book Auctions & our Fabulous Dollar Auctions. If there is something you have a question about on any of the auctions please call 318-828-2915 Tuesday through Friday & we will do our best to get any information you need. Now...on the DOLLAR AUCTIONS while these auctions can be in any of the categories I have listed here for you the majority will be the Variety Auctions. 99% of these auctions will be from Truckloads that we receive from many different places including Amazon, Target, Macy's, Bloomingdales, Dicks Sporting Good, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Home Depot or it could be from a number of vendors. It has been noted that we get items with values even up to and over $1,000 and sell at ridiculously low prices so it's a wonderful way to get those treasures you didn't even know you needed. In these loads the merchandise can be overstocks, undelivered, miss-delivered or many other reasons including returns. Return does not mean there is anything wrong with the items, it may have been returned for being the wrong size, wrong color, or simply didn't work out for one reason or other so the package may be opened or in some cases not even there. We do however inspect every item to the point we are able to inspect prior to listing it. If it is something we are unable to test we will let you know that in the description. If we inspect and find something missing, broken or any other thing we feel may be needed to know it will be in the description. Even if it appears used but in good order we will let you know that as well. Most items we find broken, damaged or overused is simply discarded and we won't even put them in the auction. But too many items are too good to discard and can be extremely useful to someone so that is up to you. Make sure you sign up for our event notifications. We NEVER SPAM. I only send out 1 email per week at the most so I think you'll want to see what ends up in the auctions because you just never know...
