It is bidder’s responsibility to review the quantity before placing bid. FEES • 13% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to all purchases • No Sales tax applied - Ohio Casual Sale • $35 fee added to all titled items. PAYMENT • Invoices will be sent by end of day. • Invoices must be paid in full within 24 hours from auction ending. • Acceptable forms of payment include Moneywire (PREFERRED), Cash, Cashier’s Check, Personal/Company Check (ONLY if accompanied by bank letter of guarantee), Visa* or MasterCard* (with additional 3% surcharge applied). • Physical payment is ONLY accepted at 301 E Henry Street, Mt. Pleasant, IA. Cash or check will NOT Be accepted onsite in Ohio. REMOVAL • Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full. • Appointment is required for all Load Out. Details for scheduling will be sent with paid invoice. • Buyer is responsible for all labor required for loading. • Forklift is available for $150/hr during scheduled pick-up. • All items must be removed by Wednesday, Oct 18, 2023 at 4PM CT.
