All Bidders of items at auction conducted by BIC Auctions, Inc. hereby agree to the following: CATALOG & CLERKING • Auction Catalog is a guide-only. • B.I.C. Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots, add lots, or delete lots. B.I.C. Auctions, Inc. makes every effort to accurately describe all items, but there is the possibility of error. B.I.C. Auctions, Inc. is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of merchandise. BIDDING • Many lots are sold times the quantity (bid multiplied by the quantity). It is bidder’s responsibility to review the quantity before placing bid. • A bid cannot be rescinded or retracted. A bid is a legally binding obligation to buy the merchandise at the price stated as your bid, in addition to taxes and fees. • The record of sales kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as final. AS IS, WHERE IS • B.I.C. Auctions, Inc. makes no warranty, expressed or implied as to quality, quantity, condition, usability, salability, weight, measurement, age, model, mechanical condition, performance or other specifications of items being sold. • Please inspect all items before bidding. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, value or any other determinative factor of items for sale. All goods are sold “AS-IS” and “WHERE-IS” (WITH ALL FAULTS, IMPERFECTIONS AND DEFECTS). • There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are FINAL. REMOVAL • Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full. • Buyer is responsible for all loading. • Appointment is required for all Load Out. • All items must be removed by Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 4pm CT. • Loading assistance is free during scheduled pick-up prior to Wednesday, October 4. Any items requiring loading after Wednesday, October 4 will be billed to buyer at $150 per hour, with one hour minimum. • A storage fee of $50 per day will be applied to all items not removed by Wednesday, October 4.
