In the event of a tie bid between a floor bidder and an internet bidder, auctioneer shall have the right to open the bidding to any registered bidder and the auctioneer's decision regarding the winning bidder shall be final. Announcements made day of auction take precedence over any printed material, advertising, marketing material, signage or promotional statements made prior to the day of auction.
