All personal property items in the Diamond G Ranch auction are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranties or guarantees of any nature implied or otherwise. By bidding on any item at this auction, bidder thereby acknowledges and agrees that they have done their due diligence regarding the purchase of any item offered in this auction and that auction rules apply. Please have any questions regarding personal property offered at this auction addressed PRIOR to the day of auction. In the event of a tie bid between a floor bidder and an internet bidder, auctioneer shall have the right to open the bidding to any registered bidder and the auctioneer's decision regarding the winning bidder shall be final. Announcements made day of auction take precedence over any printed material, advertising, marketing material, signage or promotional statements made prior to the day of auction. Any required shipping shall remain the responsibility of the buyer.
