Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. All guarantees are between buyer and seller. All statements made by the auctioneer the day of sale shall take precedence over any printed or oral statements. All items must be picked up on-site at the auction location located at 132 1st ave S, Motley, MN 56466. Items can be picked up on Monday June 26th and paid for between 10am and 6pm. This is the only pickup and checkout day. If you purchase a large amount of items you can pick them up if scheduled in advance with the school district ground keeper on Monday June 26th- Thursday June 29th. All items must be removed by June 29th. The number to the district office if needing to pickup after Monday June 26th is 218-894-5400 and ask for the head grounds keeper. All items must be removed by Thursday June 29th. No acceptations. Once the auction is over the auction company will add any appropriate fees to buyer's invoices and send a new invoice with actual totals. All items not paid for on June 26th during checkout will be charged to your credit card along with a 5% convenience fee.
