A $35 document fee on all titled items will apply and a $15 document fee for any items with registration or lifetime license. SALES TAX EXEMPTIONS: Buyers with a VALID exemption certificate are not required to pay sales tax for equipment and miscellaneous, but MUST present a copy of their certificate at time of registration at EACH AUCTION. By signing up and bidding at our auctions, you may be placed on to our email list and receive emails of upcoming auctions. All items must be removed by Oct. 6th and any items not removed by that time will be charged a storage and moving fee. There will be complimentary loading available until Wednesday Sept. 26th during certain hours. Make sure to check with the auction company on the loading hours during those days. After Sept. 26th the buyer is responsible for all loading and moving costs. Any pickup must be scheduled with the auction company in advance. Titled items: All items with titles will be charged a $35 document fee and all items with life time license or registration will be charged $15. This is per item and no exceptions. If you purchase an item with a title and pay with check, the title will be transferred 10 days after the auction. Transfers can take place quicker if buyer pays with cash or credit card. If you purchase an item with a title delay make sure to check on the delay time prior to bidding.
